Change in Purpose of Processing and Data Usage
As the used processing methods may change/develop due to technical progress and organizational changes, we reserve the right to adapt our privacy policy in accordance with the new technical or legal conditions.
We therefore ask you to check the privacy policy of the website www.4fo.de from time to time. We only will be informed of the name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you are visiting us and the pages you visit here. This information will not be evaluated. As an individual user you remain anonymous.By calling the website www.4fo.de anonymous server log files, for example users IP-adresses, date and time of access to individual pages of this website, are generated automatically. This information is needed
(1) to deliver the contents of our website correctly,
(2) to optimize the contents of our website for you,
(3) to ensure the permanent functioning of our information technology systems and the technology of our website, as well as

The data of the server log files are stored separately from all given personal data and will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
Transfer and Processing of Data into Countries Outside the EWR
From our side there is no export of your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter EEA). Nevertheless, as long as you have logged in to Facebook, YouTube, Google or other social platforms, personal data may be exported to the United States. The 4FO AG does not use any plugins from Facebook, YouTube or other social platforms. The 4FO AG uses the following products of the Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereafter „Google”) on their websites: Google Maps, Google Web Fonts and Google reCAPTCHA. For further information about these tools, please visit the section “Tools”. By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of the automatically gathered data by Google, their representatives and third parties. As only your anonymous IP address will be passed, no personal data will be transmitted to Google. The 4FO uses no analytical programs. The service providers engaged by 4FO AG are based and operate their IT infrastructure exclusively within the EEA. This also applies to any use of cloud-based services. All service providers have contracts that comply with the data protection and data security requirements of the EU GDPR. Even in the case of involved external service providers the 4FO AG is the responsible authority for processing.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is only collected if you inform us about it, for example in a contact or quotation form. 4FO AG complies with the requirements of Art 5 and 6 EU GDPR. As part of the personalized services of the responsible authority, your registration data will be only processed on the condition, that you give your consent to the needs of the offered electronic services. You have the option to object to the storage of your personal data at any time. For this purpose please send an e-mail to privacy@4fo.de with the subject line “unsubscribe data files”. The processing and use of your personal data takes place in accordance with the requirements of the EU GDPR.
