Virtual Performance Show elmug4you
Virtual Performance Show elmug4you
In collaboration with ELMUG eG, 4FriendsOnly.com Internet Technologies AG organized a virtual performance show 'elmug4you' from April 4, 2022, to August 8, 2022. The goal was to make as many contacts as possible and generate orders.
Through a virtual exhibition stall, customers—or potential customers—could inform themselves online about offers and new products from all companies. The visitors were not bound by time or location. We configured the performance show so that each exhibition stall could be visited by an unlimited number of interested parties.
At the end of the performance show, each exhibition stall received a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of its visits from us.
The virtual performance show 'elmug4you' was marketed by the network and its members.
4FriendsOnly.com AG placed online advertisements for the marketing campaign on various social media platforms (LinkedIn, XING, Facebook, etc.) and websites.
Navigating through the hall
We intentionally kept the navigation through the exhibition hall simple. An interested party only needed a keyboard or a mouse to move freely in the space:
With the UP arrow key, visitors could move forward – with the DOWN arrow key, backward. The LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys turned the viewing angle left or right, respectively.
Visiting the performance show was also very simple using mouse control. An interested party only needed to hold down the left mouse button to look around by turning. Or they could move in the direction of the mouse cursor with individual clicks.
Accessing brochures, trade show promotions, welcome texts, and videos
Exhibitors could choose between different exhibition stands:
The basic stand included a billboard, a brochure stand, and an action roll-up.
The larger exhibition stand was additionally equipped with a monitor and speakers, which played selected product or company videos or audio files from the participating company when clicked.
The brochure stand contained between one and three different brochures.
By clicking on the brochures, visitors could learn about the products, services, or about the exhibiting company itself.
Clicking on the action roll-up then directed the interested party directly to the corresponding trade show promotion website of the company.
If a visitor clicked on the company logo, they were directed to the exhibitor's homepage.
